Jake Delano Streeter Sr. is a Licensed Professional Counselor, public speaker, spoken word artist, Distinguished Toastmaster, entrepreneur, author, youth mentor, and advocate. With over 25 years of experience, Jake has showcased his oratorical talents at major colleges, universities, and religious institutions across the country. He holds a bachelor's degree in Black Studies and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University, where he was the first to graduate with a degree in Black Studies. Currently, Jake is pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.

His leadership journey includes serving as an Ella Baker Trainer, External Project Director for Ohio Department of Youth Services’ Juvenile Justice CDF Freedom School programs, and now as the Executive Director of the East Cleveland Neighborhood Center—an organization that originally hired him as a Servant Leader Intern in 2010. Jake is dedicated to motivating, inspiring, and empowering others to live their best lives. He is also a proud father of five adult children and will celebrate 25 years of marriage with his wife, Monica, this November.
