Nema Saleem-Green is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S), Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC), Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT), and Group Fitness Instructor (GFI). With over 20 years of experience, Nema has developed a desire to help people through creative and wellness oriented methods. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree: Art Therapy and Psychology Double major and Studio Art minor and a Master of Arts degree: Clinical Counseling and Art Therapy.

Her leadership journey includes developing individual and group programs in community mental health and private practice settings, and creating art, social emotional learning (SEL), and wellness-based programming for community organizations. Most recently, she was the Program Manager before becoming the Interim Executive Director of the East Cleveland Neighborhood Center (ECNC), where she also serves as the SOAR Program Facilitator, a collaborative program with the East Cleveland City School (ECCS) District. When she is not at the ECNC office or in the ECCS District schools, she utilizes personal art, cardio drumming, and balanced nutrition as methods to practice her own self-care. Nema is dedicated to helping people feel seen, heard, and make good choices. She enjoys being the mother of a toddler who you will likely see dancing around.
